Birthday Cake Delight with Cheesecake Pudding

Some of my favorite people have birthday’s in August! What better way to celebrate than to have a slice of this Birthday Cake Delight!

Not until recently did I look at birthday’s as a blessing instead of just plain aging. Birthday’s literally celebrate the gift of life! Not only am I so very thankful for my own, but I am so deeply grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the lives of my friends and family!

To have lived another year means it’s another year worth of things to thank God for! Birthday’s are such a special occasion. It’s a reminder that we have so very much to be thankful for!

What You’ll Need

1 (14.3 oz) Golden Oreos, Crushed

6 tbsp Butter, Melted

2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened

2 cups Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 cup Birthday Sprinkles

2 (3.4 oz) Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix

2 cups + 1 tbsp Milk

1 (8 oz) Cool Whip

How to Make Birthday Cake Delight

Spray 9 x 9 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

Crush 1 (14.3 oz) Golden Oreos in a food processor. Then pulse in 6 tbsp melted butter until well combined. Press firmly and evenly into prepared pan.

Beat together 2 (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 2 cups powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1 tbsp milk until smooth and creamy. Fold in 1/4 cup birthday sprinkles until just combined. Spread over crust.

Beat together 2 cups milk and 2 (3.4 oz) cheesecake instant pudding mix until well combined. Pour over cream cheese layer, spread evenly, and refrigerate for a few minutes.

Gently spread 1 (8 oz) thawed Cool Whip over the pudding mixture.

Sprinkle additional birthday sprinkles on top.
