Ingredients You’ll Need
2 large Tomatoes (Chopped Fine) – Adds freshness, light acidity, and a juicy texture that keeps the Guacamole from feeling too heavy.
1 medium Onion (Diced Fine) – Provides a mild crunch and sharp, savory flavor that balances the creaminess of the avocados.
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder – Adds subtle garlic flavor without overpowering.
1 tsp Salt – Essential for enhancing all the flavors and bringing out the natural richness of the avocados.
3 large Avocados (Mashed) – The star of the show!
1 tsp Lemon Juice – Brightens the flavor and helps prevent the avocados from browning.

How to Make Guacamole
NOTE: Store the avocado pit in the Guacamole to keep from browning.
In a medium size bowl, mix together 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely diced onion, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 mashed avocados, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, vegetables, toast, or on a sandwich.
Swap – If you don’t feel like chopping tomatoes, you can easily swap the tomatoes with 4 tbsp salsa.
Mash by Hand, Not Food Processor – A fork gives you better control and prevents guacamole from becoming gummy.
Avoid Over-Mixing – Gently mixing keeps the texture creamy with some natural chunkiness.
Serve Fresh – Guacamole tastes best right after it’s made, when the flavor is brightest and the color is vibrant.
