How to Make Triple Chocolate Edible Cookie Dough

With a hand mixer, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter with 3/4 cup packed brown sugar. Add in 2 tsp vanilla and mix well.

Mix in 2 tbsp milk and 1 cup flour. The mixture will be crumbly; just keep mixing until it becomes cookie dough consistency.

Melt 1/3 cup chocolate chips and pour into the cookie dough mixture. Mix together well.

Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.

Heat Treat the Flour – Raw flour can contain bacteria. Heat to about 165 degrees to make it safe. Let flour cool completely before mixing it or it melts the butter and ruins the texture.

On the Flip Side – I don’t heat treat the flour. It’s just a matter of preference. You decide!

Adjust Milk for Perfect Consistency – The milk controls the texture. If it’s too dry, add a 1 tsp at a time; if it’s too soft, add a little more flour.
