The day I discovered overnight oats was the equivalent to feeling like I had just discovered America! When nothing else in my life seems to be in order, I have overnight oats for breakfast and somehow I feel like it’s not too late to pull myself together for the day, or week. Meal prepping overnight oats for the week so breakfast is ready when I wake up has been a real life changing experience for me!
