Melted Snowman Bark

Kids of all ages will have fun making these no bake winter-time treats that look like melted snowmen!

Easy Melted Snowman Chocolate Bark

Do you ever feel like a melted snowman? I do.

My heart is happy when my house is filled with the chaos of kids – laughter, the pitter-patter of feet running through the house, the screen door opening and closing a bazillion times, their creativity, the baking disasters, and hearing ‘Mom’ for the 1,526,789th time.

It’s hard for me to accept that he just doesn’t want to help me in the kitchen anymore! He used to love climbing on the counter to help me. Now days he’s more interested in playing catch with a football or Monopoly with Dad. Is it his age? Is it a phase? Is it because he isn’t interested in what I am making? Has he, gulp, outgrown helping me in the kitchen?!

If kids in the kitchen brings you joy, too, then be sure to make Reindeer Graham Crackers , Reindeer Pretzels , Oreo Ornament Cookies , or this Melted Snowman Bark!

What You’ll Need

1 cup White Chocolate Chips

4 Reese’s Miniatures

16 Candy Eyes

8 Orange Tic-Tac’s

8 Pretzel Sticks

How to Make Melted Snowman Bark

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the snowmen parts and pieces. First, unwrap and cut 4 small Reese’s Miniatures in half. Set aside.

Next, break 8 pretzel sticks in half, giving you two arms for each snowman. Then pair 8 sets of candy eyes and 8 orange Tic-Tac’s.

Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted. Spoon a glob of the melted white chocolate onto the parchment paper and swirl into a circle with the back of the spoon.

Top with halved Reese’s for the hat, two candy eyes, an orange Tic-Tac for his nose, and a broken-in-half pretzel stick for his arms.

Repeat until all of the white chocolate is used up.

Chocolate – Depending on how many you’d like to make, you may need to melt more chocolate.

Tic-Tac’s – An orange sprinkle works great as a substitute.

M&M’s – I originally shared this idea with 3 mini-M&M’s lined up under the nose for his buttons. You can use them or skip them!
