Why this Recipe Works
White Almond Bark Melts into a Smooth, Glossy Coating – It binds everything together beautifully and sets with a firm snap – ideal for gifting and cookie trays.
No Bake and Foolproof – Melt, mix, scoop – that’s it! Even beginner bakers or little helpers can make these with confidence.
Perfect Make Ahead Treat – Almond bark sets quickly and stays fresh for days, making these clusters ideal for holiday prep, parties, and edible gifts.

Ingredients You’ll Need
1 1/2 cups Salted Mixed Nuts – The crunchy, salty base that gives each cluster texture and balance.
1/2 cup Kix Cereal – Adds light, airy crispiness that keeps the clusters from feeling too dense.
1 (24 oz) package White Almond Bark – Melts into a smooth, sweet coating that holds everything together.
Christmas Sprinkles – Festive color and crunch that makes the clusters perfect for holiday gifting and cookie trays.

How to Make Almond Bark Clusters
Line countertop with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Kix cereal and 1 1/2 cups salted mixed nuts.
In a sauce pan over low heat, break up the squares of 1 (24 oz) package of white almond bark and stir constantly just until melted. You don’t want the almond bark too hot or it will soften the Kix.
Then poor white chocolate over the nut mixture and mix until well coated. You may need to add additional cereal and nuts according to your preference.
Drop a spoonful of mixture onto the parchment paper, making a cluster. Then continue until the mixture is gone.
Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on top of each cluster while still wet and let harden.
Watch Almond Bark Temperature – You don’t want the almond bark too hot or it will soften the Kix cereal. Use gentle heat to keep it from overheating.
Use Salted Nuts for Balance – The sweet almond bark needs that salty contrast to keep the clusters from tasting overly sweet.
Use a Cookie Scoop for Perfect Portions – It creates evenly sized clusters that look great on cookie trays and in gift boxes.
Store in a Cool Place – Warm kitchens can soft almond bark – the fridge keeps them snappy and fresh.
Add Additional Nuts & Cereal if Needed – You may need to add additional cereal and nuts according to your preference.
