Gooey Monster Cookies
These cookies are loads of fun to make with your kids. There is no right or wrong way to make them look like monsters so they will have a blast putting the eyes in the cookies however they’d like!
If your kids like monsters, then they’ll like these Candy Bar Monsters and this Monster Munch Chex Mix , too!

What You’ll Need
1/2 cup Butter, Softened
8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 box White Cake Mix
Neon Food Coloring
Candy Eyes

How to Make Monster Eye Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Beat 1/2 cup softened butter, 8 oz softened cream cheese, 1 egg, and 1/2 tsp vanilla until smooth. Mix in 1 box White Cake mix and beat until well combined and smooth.
Divide batter into separate bowls for the amount of colors you want. (Example: 1 bowl for blue, 1 bowl for green, etc.)
Add neon food coloring to each individual bowl and mix until combined.
Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size balls and place onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Add candy eyes as soon as you remove from the oven, while the cookies are still warm.
