Toffee Peanut Clusters

It’s called ‘Jeep Ducking.’ It’s a trend where owners leave rubber ducks on other Jeeps they admire as a random act of kindness. Apparently some people even add love notes! The purpose is to spread positivity and make someone smile!

I just love this trend so much and thought I’d share!

What You’ll Need

1 (12 oz) bag Chocolate Chips

1 (10 oz) bag Peanut Butter Chips

1 (4 oz) White Baking Chocolate Bar

2 cups Dry Roasted Peanuts

1 cup Heath Toffee Bits

How to Make Toffee Peanut Clusters

Lay out parchment paper.

Melt 1 (12 oz) bag chocolate chips, 1 (10 oz) bag peanut butter chips, and 1 (4 oz) white baking chocolate bar in a large sauce pan over low heat. Constantly stir until smooth and melted.

Remove from heat.

Stir in 2 cups dry roasted peanuts and 3/4 cup Heath toffee bits until well combined.

Spoon clusters onto parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup toffee bits evenly over the tops of the clusters while still wet.

Let harden.
