Carrot Cake Whoopie Pies Using Cake Mix
They go together like Carrot Cake & Cream Cheese Frosting . You just can’t have one without the other! That’s what makes these Carrot Cake Mix Whoopie Pies so delicious!

What You’ll Need
1 box Carrot Cake
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
Best Cream Cheese Frosting (Or 1 container store bought frosting)

How to Make Carrot Cake Mix Whoopie Pies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 box carrot cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil.
Scoop 2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool while making the Best Cream Cheese Frosting . (Or, to save time use store bought cream cheese frosting.)
Spread cream cheese frosting on the inside of one cookie, and press another cookie on top making a whoopie pie.
