Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies
I am embarrassed to say I shop impulsively when it comes to holiday candy. I have 12 shelves, with bins lined on each shelf. And each bin is assigned to a holiday or occasion, packed with that holiday’s candy and sprinkles. I buy several bags of holiday candy at a time and when an idea comes to me or I see an idea I like, I am ready!

What You’ll Need
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Valentine Peanut Butter M&M’s
How to Make Chocolate Valentine Cake Mix Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 box chocolate cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil.
Scoop 2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
Bake for 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, press M&M’s in the tops of the cookies before allowing to cool.
