I don’t think I will ever really grow up. I still find too much joy in making Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls!
Adulting isn’t easy. Parenting isn’t easy. And I know being a kid isn’t easy, but of all the available options I would choose being a kid if I could!
Since I can’t be a kid, I’ll just act like one and play with my food! If you’d like to join me, then I think you’ll like making Mini Bird Nest Donuts , Scotcheroo Bird Nest Bites , Easter Egg Bird Nest Cookie Cups , or Easter Oreo Dirt Cake Cups , too!

How to Make Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate each cinnamon roll onto the pan.
Peel apart each cinnamon roll about a third of the way and use the lose end to form ‘bunny ears.’ Pinch the bottom of the ears together.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully reshape, and lightly pinch ears into place again.
Return to the oven for an additional 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and drizzle the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls evenly over each one.
