Ingredients You’ll Need

1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese (Softened) – Creates the rich, creamy base that makes the dip thick, smooth, and indulgent.

1 cup Sour Cream – Adds tang and keeps the dip soft, scoopable, and ultra creamy.

1/3 cup Mayonnaise – Brings extra richness and helps the dip stay velvety when baked.

3 Garlic Cloves (Pressed) – Adds warm, aromatic depth that brightens the cheesy base.

2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded) – Melts into a stretchy, gooey layer throughout the dip.

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated) – Adds salty, nutty sharpness that deepens the overall flavor.

10 oz Spinach (Chopped) – Gives color, texture, and that classic savory spinach flavor.

10 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts (Drained & Chopped) – Tender, briny, and perfectly balanced against the creamy, cheesy richness.

How to Make Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

NOTE: This dip pairs perfectly with Homemade Artisan Bread .

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place 1 (8 oz) softened cream cheese, 1 cup sour cream, and 1/3 cup mayonnaise in a medium size bowl. Add in 3 pressed garlic cloves and stir to combine well.

Add in 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 10 oz chopped spinach, and 10 oz drained and chopped marinated artichoke hearts. Stir to combine.

Spread evenly into a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is slightly bubbly and browned.

Press the Garlic Instead of Mincing – It melts into the dip and gives better flavor distribution.

Shred Your Own Mozzarella – Freshly shredded melts smoother than bagged chees with anti-caking agents.

Bake Until Bubbly and Golden – The edges should be lightly browned for the best flavor and texture.

Let it Rest 5 Minutes Before Serving – This helps the dip thicken and makes scooping easier.

Serve With Sturdy Dippers – Baguette slices, pita chips, thick tortilla chips, or Homemade Artisan Bread slices hold up best.

Great for Parties – Keep it warm in a small slow cooker for easy serving.
