Cranberry Brie Bites

The perfect little holiday appetizer – festive, zesty, and totally irresistible cradles of holiday elegance!

Crescent Cranberry Brie Bites

I love weird food, trying new food, and food with flavor and surprise!

These little Cranberry Brie Bites check all of the boxes! They look a little weird, I had never tried them until now, and they are packed with great flavor and a zesty surprise in every bite! I love these for so many reasons, including how easy they are to make!

Every bite will impress your guests! If you are looking to add to your holiday snack spread, then I recommend including a Cheese Ball , Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip , Parmesan Party Bread , and Tomato Basil Bruschetta , too!

What You’ll Need

1 (8 oz) tube Crescent Roll

4 oz Brie Cheese

1/2 cup Whole Cranberry Sauce

1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped

1 sprig Rosemary, Finely Chopped

Orange Zest from 1 Orange

How to Make Cranberry Brie Bites

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 24-count mini-muffin tin with non-stick spray.

Unroll 1 (8 oz) tube Crescent Roll onto parchment paper. Pinch seams together. Lightly flour a rolling pin and roll the dough out thinner and larger, until it’s about 10″ x 15″.

Cut into 24 squares. (Each square will be about 2.5″ x 2.5″.)

Place 1 dough square in each muffin spot.

Cut an 8″ wheel of brie cheese in half. Slice one of the halves into 24 pieces.

Layer a piece of brie, a pinch of finely chopped rosemary, 1 tsp whole cranberry sauce, orange zest, and chopped pecans into each dough square.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
