Praline Crunch Recipe
A few weeks ago I crammed a lot into one day, taking pictures of multiple recipes, so my kitchen had been completely turned upside down. I had a huge pile of dirty dishes in the sink, the counter didn’t have an inch of space for anything else, and my kitchen table was a disaster. But, like many times before, I left it to clean up when I got back so I could use the time to work instead of clean up.
That incident has motivated me to never leave my kitchen in shambles to clean up when I get back ever again! And, in an effort to erase his memory I am giving him a big bag of this Praline Crunch!
If you are in the mood for a snack attack, I strongly suggest you make Puppy Chow , Butter Toffee Pretzels , Caramel Pretzels , Candied Pecans , or Caramel Crispix , too!

What You’ll Need
1 (18 oz) box Crispix Cereal
2 cups Pecans, Halved
1 cup Butter
2 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Corn Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

How to Make Praline Crunch
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Lay out parchment paper on 2 baking sheets.
In a large bowl, add 1 (18 oz) box Crispix cereal and 2 cups pecan halves.
In a medium sauce pan, combine 1 cup butter, 2 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until boiling.
Reduce heat, stir frequently, and let boil for 5 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt.
Pour over cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated, being careful not to crush the cereal.
Divide between the baking sheets evenly.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring the mixture on each pan every 15 minutes.
