Brownie Puppy Chow with Brownie Mix
Of course this happened two weeks before I was scheduled to take a big trip to the International Pathfinder Camporee. We felt a lot of pressure because we HAD to find a truck, it wasn’t a timeline we chose. So we were at the mercy of the market. With time you can find the color, year, miles, make, and price that you want. But without time, there are limitations and we had to pick from what is available.
As a thank you for helping us dodge a bullet, I am sending him a batch of this Brownie Batter Puppy Chow! If you love puppy chow (or muddy buddies) as much as my family does, then I think you’ll love this Cake Batter Puppy Chow and Football Puppy Chow , too!

What You’ll Need
6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Brownie Mix

How to Make Brownie Batter Puppy Chow
Pour 6 cups Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl and set aside.
Put 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup butter in a small sauce pan and melt together over low heat. Stir frequently until completely melted and combined then add in 1 tsp vanilla and stir.
Pour over cereal and mix until the cereal is coated.
Transfer to a gallon Ziplock bag, then add 2 1/2 cups brownie mix. Seal the bag and shake until the cereal is well coated.
