No Bake Haystack Cookies
These cute little Haystack Cookies are not only cute and super easy to make, but it doesn’t cost much to make a lot of them! So if you need an idea for a classroom treat, a Fall Festival, or harvest picnic they would be perfect!

What You’ll Need
4 cups Chow Mein Noodles
1 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
3/4 cup Peanut Butter
Candy Pumpkins
How to Make Haystack Cookies
Lay out parchment paper on the counter.
Pour 4 cups Chow Mein noodles into a bowl.
Over low heat in a small sauce pan, melt together 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips and 3/4 cup peanut butter. Stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
Pour mixture over the noodles and mix until well combined.
Scoop small spoonful’s onto the parchment paper to create ‘haystacks.’
Place a candy pumpkin next to each haystack.
Let harden.
