Easy Pumpkin Patch Brownie Bites

Our Fall colors are at their peak right now and they are absolutely gorgeous! I wish the colors lasted as long as the season did. The snow usually lasts as long as winter, why don’t the beautiful colors last as long as Fall?!

I’ve been having fun making cute treats to celebrate all things Fall, including these Pumpkin Patch Brownie Bites! I kept seeing this idea everywhere, but everyone was making their own brownies. I don’t have that kind of time, so I cheated and bought them from Target. You can get them just about anywhere, but I like Target’s best because they are taller and a little bigger. They are the easiest to work with, not to mention they have the perfect brownie texture!

I shaved off a lot of time buying them instead of baking them, so they are super easy to make! If you like cute and easy, then I think you’ll like these Haystack Cookies , Pilgrim Hat Cookies , and Acorn Kisses Treats!

What You’ll Need

12 Store Bought Brownie Bites

Oreo Crumbs

1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 tbsp Butter

2 tsp Milk

2 tsp Corn Syrup

12 Brach’s Candy Pumpkins

How to Make Pumpkin Patch Brownie Bites

Set out 12 store bought brownie bites on parchment paper.

Grab a handful of Oreo’s and pulse in a food processor to make crumbs. Set aside.

Make the ganache by melting together 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, 2 tsp milk, and 2 tsp corn syrup for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir mixture until well combined and smooth.

Spoon a little of the ganache on the tops of each brownie bite.

Then heap piles of Oreo crumbs on top of each brownie bite.

Garnish with a candy pumpkin.
