You Might Also Like

Vegan – You can easily make this vegan by swapping the mayo and sour cream with vegan mayo and sour cream.

Florets – A floret just means smaller pieces of the broccoli and cauliflower, so it basically means chopped.

Tomato – The original recipe called for cutting the cherry tomatoes in half, I don’t do that. It’s completely up to you if you want to!

Onion – You can reduce the amount of onion, or leave it out, if you don’t like onions.

Fresh florets – A few things: You can buy the broccoli and cauliflower already in florets, or you can chop them up yourself. Use fresh, frozen will not work.

Make ahead – You can make this ahead and it will still taste great when served!
