What You’ll Need
4 cups Heavy Cream, Divided
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
4 cups Whole Milk
1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (12 oz) Semi-Sweet Baking Bar, Finely Chopped
1 tbsp Vanilla

How to Make Crock Pot Hot Chocolate
Pour 2 cups heavy cream into a crock pot. Add 1/3 cup cocoa powder and whisk until well combined.
Whisk in remaining 2 cups heavy cream, 4 cups whole milk, 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk, 1 (12 oz) finely chopped semi-sweet baking bar, and 1 tbsp vanilla. Continue whisking to mix well.
Set crock pot to low and cook for 3 hours, whisking every 20 minutes until the chocolate has fully melted and combined.
For serving, set crock pot to warm. If you find it’s getting too thick as it sits, stir in milk to thin it out.
