Orange Creamsicle Cookie with White Chocolate Chips

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

What You’ll Need

1 cup Butter, Softened

1 Egg

1/2 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

3/4 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Vanilla

2 1/2 cups Flour

2 tbsp Orange Zest

2 cups White Chocolate Chips

1 cup Pecans, Chopped

How to Make Orange Creamsicle Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup softened butter, 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 tsp vanilla.

Mix in 2 1/2 cups flour and 2 tbsp orange zest.

Stir in 2 cups white chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans.

Drop spoonful’s of cookie dough on the prepared cookie sheet, evenly spaced apart and bake for 10-14 minutes.
