Vanilla Cake Mix Cookies for Christmas
This morning I woke up to a spider in the bathroom. The nerve of that critter! Who does he think he is? Just crawls into our house while we sleep and weaves his little web in the corner of the bathroom like he owns the place? I don’t think so.
He finally gets the spider and then what does he do?! He chases me with it! His father taught him that. Both of them can expect coal in their stockings this year as far as I’m concerned!
If you are short on time for reasons you can’t even make up, then whip up a batch of these Christmas Sprinkle Cake Mix Cookies! They are so easy to make! I make them for Valentine’s Day , St. Patrick’s Day , Easter , 4th of July , Halloween , Birthday’s , and you can even turn them into Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars!
What You’ll Need
1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
Christmas Sprinkles
How to Make Christmas Cake Mix Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine 1 box of vanilla cake mix, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil and mix well.
Scoop 1 inch balls and roll into Christmas sprinkles, covering all sides of the dough and place onto the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
