Thick and chewy Valentine cookies that are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Valentine Chocolate Chip Cookies

Speaking of love, it’s in the air for Valentine’s Day! You can make your loved ones a batch of Love Bug Oreo Cookies , Valentine Sugar Cookies , Chocolate Valentine Cake Mix Cookies , or these Valentine M&M Cookies!

What You’ll Need

3/4 cup Butter, Softened

1 cup Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1/2 tbsp Vanilla

2 1/2 cups Flour

2 tsp Corn Starch

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 cup Chocolate Chips

1 cup Valentine M&M’s

How to Make Valentine M&M Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream together 3/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat in 1 egg and 1/2 tbsp vanilla until fully combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 1/2 cups flour, 2 tsp corn starch, and 1 tsp baking soda.

Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until you’ve reached cookie dough consistency.

Fold in 1 cup chocolate chips.

Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

As soon as you remove from the oven, press in M&M’s and additional chocolate chips into the tops of the cookies.
