No Bake Chocolate Cookies with Peanut Butter

What You’ll Need

3 cups Quick Oats

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

1 tsp Vanilla

2 cups Sugar

1/3 cup Cocoa Powder

1/2 cup Milk

1/4 cup Butter

How to Make No Bake Chocolate Cookies

Lay out a large piece of parchment paper on the counter.

Measure out 3 cups quick oats, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1 tsp vanilla and set aside.

Combine 2 cups sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/4 cup butter in a sauce pan over medium heat.

Cook over medium/high heat until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.

Immediately remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter and vanilla.

As soon as the peanut butter is melted, quickly stir in oats.

Spoon onto the parchment paper to form cookies.

Let sit until hardened.
