As she worked to make changes, she learned that Hibiscus Tea lowers blood pressure. She figured there was nothing to lose, so she tried it. It worked!

What You’ll Need

2 cups Water, Boiling

3/4 cup Hibiscus Flowers, Dried

4 cups Water, Cold

Honey to Taste

How to Make Hibiscus Tea

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 3/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers.

Let steep for 25 minutes.

Pour the mixture through a strainer into a pitcher to separate the flowers. Discard the flowers.

Pour in 4 cups cold water and stir until blended.

Stir in honey to taste.

Serve warm or cold.
