How to Make Vegetarian Roast Beef Sandwich

Slice 4-6 very thin slices off this Vegetarian Roast Beef and set aside.

Toast the inside of a hamburger bun by spreading a thin layer of butter on the inside of the bun and grill on a skillet over medium heat. Remove when browned.

Caramelize onions by melting butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions. Remove from heat after about 5 minutes, when the onion edges start to brown.

Lay roast beef slices on the bottom half of the bun. Place 2 slices of swiss cheese on top of the roast beef. Cover with caramelized onions and a drizzle of remaining gravy from the Vegetarian Roast Beef.
