Best Chickpea Tuna Salad Recipe

I have always been a finicky eater. I used to assume I wouldn’t like something, especially healthy stuff, without even trying it. So I stuck to the boring stuff I knew I would like. I had a pretty bland diet, which consisted of a lot of processed foods, sugar, starch, and carbs.

In my quest to eat healthier, I decided I wasn’t going to assume I didn’t like things I hadn’t tried yet. I cannot believe that I have actually followed through on trying the ‘weird stuff,’ AND I have liked most of it! For example, the old me would have never tried Cucumber Avocado Salsa , but I did and it’s my favorite salsa now!
