Vegetarian Doritos Taco Salad

A super easy to make tossed Taco Salad that compliments any picnic, potluck, or BBQ!

Easy Taco Salad

There are a lot of variations for taco salad. I can’t remember one I didn’t like! I would never say any of them are bad because you really can’t go wrong with anything taco. But this Vegetarian Doritos Taco Salad is one of my favorite’s because I don’t need to follow a recipe. It’s super quick and easy and most of the time I already have the ingredients I need to make it.

Let’s face it, some days we don’t have time for recipes. And most of the time we have no idea what to serve as a side dish so we throw out a bag of chips. Guilty! So toss together this salad in a few minutes, throw the chips into the bowl instead, and you have yourself a fantastic salad!
