Old Fashioned Baked Sticky Rhubarb Pudding
A friend of mine shared this delicious recipe for Baked Sticky Rhubarb Pudding . As I enjoyed a piece, I started thinking of all of the different fruit over the growing season that I could use as a reason to keep making this! Whether you have a piece right out of the oven or the next day, it consistently slows you down as you savor a piece! I love the thick crunchy top layer combined with the soft cake-like center and the juicy rhubarb all in one bite – it’s sooooo good!!
This recipe tastes great just the way it is, but it would really be a home run with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped topping!
If you love rhubarb as much as I do, then you’ll like Rhubarb Cake with Cinnamon Icing , Rhubarb Crisp , Rhubarb Dream Bars , and Fresh Rhubarb Pie , too!
